Join us at the Collingwood Brewery on select Tuesday evenings from 5:15 p.m. - 6:15 p.m. Enjoy an empowering barre workout then a pint of your choice! (Cider, Beer, Seltzer)
Join us at Beautiful Joe Park on select Wednesday Evenings from 6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. for a 60 minute barre workout. An option to stroll to a local pub for a beverage afterwards from 7:30p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Join us on Select Monday Mornings at the Harbourview park as we stroll to the Arboretum and engage in a 45 minute stroller barre class especially designed for post natal Mommy's then a 20 minute song, rhyme and fingerplay session to bond with your baby! Mondays from 9:30 a.m. - 10:45 a.m.
Book a Bachelorette or a private Girls Night Out and learn a Burlesque routine, laugh and get a booty workout! We partner with a local venue (Collingwood Brewery). Please inquire.

Expect to burn 200-600 calories in one class- and your muscles will continue working and burning calories long after you leave class. It is a total body workout- often working multiple areas at once. Barre is a great combination of dance, pilates, and strength training all rolled into one dynamic class set to awesome play lists! We use sculpting bands, weights, pilates balls, toning barres, and of course the BARRE to provide an awesome fat burning, muscle toning workout that will have you participating in an energizing combination of exercises that you would have never experienced before! It's time to raise the BARRE on your workouts!

I now come to class two times a week, have made some friends and lost 40 pounds!
